For first evaluation requests for Tomotherapy protocols please download first evaluation request form . All requests will be addressed to a Radiation Oncologist of the Department who will evaluate Patient’s clinical documentation and will discuss the case on a telephone call . Only suitable patients and patients provided with an adequate clinical documentation will be considered as possible candidates and will enter Tomotherapy diagnostic-therapeutical course after first visit.
